Remember when everyone thought NASA was insane when they proposed a $100 Billion manned mission to Mars?   No one would EVER come up with that kind of cash!  

Now, in the last year, our Govt. has burned through enough money to not only go to Mars, but build a permanent base there, not to mention one on the Moon and enough launch vehicles to take 10,000 people into space, plus start the construction of a Space Elevator!  ....and that's with just the First $750Billion (remember the 2008 bailouts?).   

Shoot, we would be getting ready to build nuclear powered Interstellar probes with the second $1Trillion being spent this first few months of 2009!  

...and where did all that money go?  (Yes, it went to the Banks... but WHERE in the Banks?)
